Hi, One of the main characters is Wiccan, and leader of her coven, and her belief is fully integrated into her life. In the book, that manifests as lots of minor invocations, many thanks given to many different entities, and particular phrases such as "Blessed be," and "Merry meet, and merry part, and merry meet again," and "So mote it be." My problem is that I couldn't tell if the portrayal was offensive. It frequently made me wonder if he was on target or if he was painting with a broad brush in a single color. It was significantly disengaging. So I ask the internet: Was Stirling's representation of Wiccans accurate? Stereotyped? Insulting? I'm really curious. Thanks! For more details: 2D promotion video
